Is your organisation doing all it can to foster an inclusive culture and support diversity in the workplace? An ‘Inclusive Employers’ Workshop on Wed 11 March, 8.30-10.30am at Bradford University’s Norcroft Centre, Richmond Road, will spell out the commercial case for harnessing diversity of thought and experience, and how diverse teams make better decisions. This workshop forms part of Bradford’s new Workforce Development Strategy and is free to attend.
