Property Forum gets land review update – 12 June

Businesses operating in the property and professional services sectors are being encouraged to attend an upcoming event to help drive economic growth and development. A study is underway to examine in greater detail Bradford Chamber Property Forum’s lobbying on employment land shortages, as outlined in last year’s report ‘Creating Space for Future Success’.  The consultants commissioned to complete the study will now present initial findings to businesses before considering the next steps. Marianne McCallum of WYG and Chair of the Property Forum, said: “We’re very pleased that the local authority acted with swiftness and decisiveness on the issues highlighted in last year’s report, and the risks of not acting.  This is a chance for businesses to add in any additional issues not yet picked up, and to help determine where we go from here.  I encourage businesses – especially those working in property, planning and development – to come along and join in the discussion.” Wednesday 12 June, 8-10am: Employment Land Review – Study, Initial Findings & Possible Outcomes Venue: TBC (City centre hotel – likely the Midland or Great Victoria) Cost: £20 members, £30 non-members (inc.
