Policy for Free Events
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend an event that you have booked to attend, please cancel your registration at least 48 hours in advance, or notify the Chamber via email events@wnychamber.co.uk. This allows us to offer your place to someone else.
Late Arrivals
Depending on the nature of the event, entry may not be guaranteed if you arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time. Please plan accordingly.
No-Show
Registering for an event confirms your attendance; failure to attend has a negative impact on the Chamber and its members. A “no-show” occurs when a registered attendee fails to attend the event without providing prior notice.
Please be advised that ‘no-show’ delegates will be subject to the process below
First Offence: You will receive a reminder of this policy.
Second Offence: You will receive a reminder of this policy and may be placed on a waiting list for future networking events, even if you register.
Third Offence: You will receive a reminder of this policy and may be restricted from attending future networking events for a period of 3 months.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you missed an event due to unforeseen circumstances, please email events@wnychamber.co.uk
